Our 1m x 1m x 10mm Interlocking EVA gym stall mats are a safe and premium quality gym mat. EVA floor mats are durable, long lasting and support you during training. These great mats are made using the highest quality material and machinery. They are a highly durable and cost-effective flooring for gyms.
Waterproof and Easy to Clean
EVA stall mats are water resistant which makes them easy to clean. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth or mild soap. These foam floor tiles offer adjustable coverage for smaller areas and large areas alike. The puzzle mat can be easily cut to fit areas like irregular corners. You can use a single piece or combine as many mats as you require.

The lightweight interlocking puzzle pieces connect quickly and easily. They come apart just as simply for transporting or compact storage. Ezymats will deliver your mats anywhere in Australia. Whilst we are happy to arrange delivery and find a freight forwarder for you. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
All tracking numbers and freight forwarder details will be supplied to customer upon dispatch of goods.
Authority to leave (ATL)
If you have requested that the goods be left at the premises unattended or have not left any instruction’s at all, the order will have defaulted to an ATL status. This will result in a no signature on delivery. By using this option Ezy Mats and the nominated freight company will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged stock. You must have your order shipped to either a residential or business address, where your order can be checked and signed for.
All orders shipped will have ATL by default, as our freight carrier no longer offers a 2nd delivery (re-delivery) service. It is your responsibility to track and contact the freight company if you wish for your order not to have the authority to leave and you intend to collecting your order from their depot. Any 2nd deliveries fees will be charged to the customer.
Nobody Home
If there is nobody home and the courier driver does not feel it safe to leave your delivery at your front due to your location or street visibility the order will be returned to the carrier’s depot, or to the supplier. In this situation, you will be liable for charges for the re-delivery. Always send your package to a location where there will be someone to take and sign for the delivery.
Delivery Time
Please note local delivery is 3-5 days from date of order. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Please do not allocate hours as the courier company cannot deliver within allocated time frames. The estimated delivery times are on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Please do not ask to be called prior to delivery as the freight forwarders may not follow that instruction due to OH&S regulation for mobile phone operation whilst driving.
Ezymats we understand mats may sometimes need to be returned. All purchases can be returned for a refund or exchanged. There is a 20% restocking fee for any and all returns:
Items need to be returned within 30 days of Purchase.
Mats must be unused and in the original packaging, which must be un-damaged and in original condition. Ezymats reserves the right to reject the return or exchange of any goods, which do not meet the above standards.

Returned goods will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. Please note Postage and funds transfer time will effect time it takes to receive your funds.
The customer must pay shipping costs for any returns or subsequent exchanges.
We will not accept responsibility or offer credit for any items lost or damaged during transit. Please pack return goods well and ensure you have a tracking number.
There are a few things you need to know before deciding on purchasing mats.
1. Our EVA Jigsaw mats, rollout mats and judo mats are strictly to be used indoors only. Exposure to the elements will cause significant wear to the mats over time.
2. EVA is a petroleum by-product and can initially have a strong smell. As time goes past the smell usually dissipates. A residual smell can remain but it is very faint.
When you install your jigsaw mats make sure the area is well ventilated. If possible let the mats air out and acclimatise before installation. Always open windows before use.
3. As the mats are an EVA product they have a slight sheen on then. This is due to the fact that they are made from EVA foam, which is a petroleum by-product. Please consider this before making your purchase. This sheen can be found on other foam products of a similar nature.
4. Our EVA mats can leave slippery marks on some surfaces. Please test your surface before purchase. To mitigate this users will often use an underlay in conjunction with the mats.
5. Due to the manufacturing process the thickness of mats may vary slightly. The variation can be up to 5mm in places. The can be mitigated by:
a) matching mats of the same thickness.
b) the use of underlay.
If the issues is overly pronounced please contact us and we will do our best to supply replacement mats depending on availability.
6. The colour of mats may vary between batches of mats. As such the shade of colour of mats advertised on our website may not always exactly match to previous mats purchased. If you are trying to match previously purchased mats or mats from another supplier please contact us for a sample or purchase a single mat before making your full purchase.
7. It is the user’s/customer’s responsibility to determine whether the mats thickness meets their requirements. Please choose carefully to ensure the thickness of the mat and this type of mat is suitable for your activity.
8. In case you didn’t understand point #1 EVA mats and gym mats in general are for indoor use only. Do not leave them outdoors exposed to the elements.
9. All EVA jigsaw mats are subject to contraction and expansion in extreme temperatures, such as tropical areas and in warehouses that are prone to overheating. To minimize the degree of variance in such conditions, we recommend choosing the 3cm or 4cm mats and recommend letting the mats acclimatise to the new environment before installation.
10. A protective coating is applied to the mats after production for protection during transportation and storage. This coating can initially feel slippery but will dissipate over time, use and cleaning of the mats.
11. All our mats are designed to be used as a non-permanent flooring. Using glues or other adhesives can damage the mats.
