RBA Drops Interest Rates

The RBA today dropped interest rates to 1.75% from 2%. The new rate is a historic low and brings us more in line with many other industrialised countries. This was the first interest rate cut in 11 months. The market was almost evenly split or whether RBA would cut rates today.

The Australian Dollar immediately drop on news of the interest rate cut from above $0.77 to the USD to below $0.76. It then recovered some of its losses in the evening. The price of EVA jigsaw mats, jigsaw mats, martial arts mats and gym mats was stable during this period.
